HerNEXT was born from a shared conviction: that talent and opportunity should meet without unnecessary barriers. When Hülya and Miriam first met, they both saw the same challenge.
While companies in Germany are actively looking for skilled professionals, international female academics often face structural hurdles that keep them from realizing their full potential.
With backgrounds in HR, recruiting, and mentoring, we decided to turn this challenge into our mission. HerNEXT is more than a talent bridge, it is a space where women find guidance, mentorship, and a community that helps them thrive in their careers. At the same time, we support companies in building diverse, resilient teams that benefit from international perspectives.
